What does the pilot include?

Everything. Full scheduling, multi-location support, client tracking, automated reminders, intake forms – the complete product.

Is it really free?

Free for independent practices, yes. Small chains (2-5 sites) get extended free access as early adopters, with affordable flat-rate pricing coming later.

Do I need to connect my PIMS?

No. VetPlanner runs standalone. Keep your PIMS for clinical records; use VetPlanner for scheduling. No integration, no data migration.

How many practices are you accepting?

We're starting small – around 20-30 practices for the initial pilot. We want to give everyone proper support and actually listen to feedback.

What happens after the pilot?

Pilot practices keep free access to core features forever. We'll add optional paid features (SMS, online booking) but the scheduling and reliability tracking stays free for pilot members.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Industry-standard encryption, UK data hosting, no third-party sharing. Export or delete all your data anytime you want.
